This Spring saw a new Wigwam Holidays site open in the Highlands of Scotland. With some of the finest scenery the country has to offer it is the perfect place to unwind and be at one with nature.

Wigwam Holidays set off to Northumberland this spring where five new wigwams® were welcomed onto Springhill Farm. With stunning scenery and plenty to do in and around Northumberland, it made the ideal Wigwam Holiday location.

Wigwam Holidays travelled down to Cornwall to deliver two new wigwams® to Ruthern Valley Wigwams. The site has been awarded a David Bellamy Conservation Scheme Gold Award and is sure to appeal to both adults and children from all walks of life.

Wigwam Holidays travels to the Scottish borders to deliver the first ten of twenty four brand new wigwams® at Glentress which is famous for its 7stanes mountain bike network.

Strathfillan Wigwam Village played host to a most unusual event in the form of a Fire Walk. As part of the Awakening Senses Fayre, guests were encouraged to participate in this event with those who did so saying it was a very uplifting experience.

One of Scotland’s most popular summer events is the Royal Highland Show with people from all over paying it a visit. Wigwam Holidays once again took up its place at the show with this year seeing a brand new wigwam® camping cabin design.

Strathfillan Wigwam Village was delighted to provide the setting for the first wedding to take place at a Wigwam Holidays site. A ceilidh took place in true Scottish style and wedding guests had a comfortable nights sleep in cosy wooden wigwams®.

Wigwam Holidays travels north all the way to the Shetland Isles to deliver two new wigwam® camping cabins for a new site opening up at Braewick. The Voe agricultural show was also taking place and the wigwams® proved a big hit.
