Herbert Nitsch (Austria) and William Trubridge (New Zealand) showed that they are in control of the world records in the three depth disciplines, after beating their own and each others records several times in an event in the Bahamas.

With just one day remaining of the Vertical Blue 2010 freediving competition held at Dean’s Blue Hole in the Bahamas, William Trubridge (NZL) has set another world record.

Two more world records were broken yesterday, April 22, at the Vertical Blue 2010 freediving competition, currently being held at Dean’s Blue Hole in the Bahamas.

After the first three days of competition at Vertical Blue 2010, the globe’s premier freediving invitational competition, world and national records have begun to fall.
