Durante el desarrollo del Medical Travel Summit en Costa Rica a principios del mes de mayo del 2011, varios países latinoamericanos se reunieron para discutir y sentar las bases de la Red Latinoamericana de Turismo de Salud.

Sometimes an idea just hits you, and sometimes when you need it most. With this in mind the Ultimate Costa Rica Vacation Raffle was born. The goal? To keep one of our countries only dog shelters open for good, and the 170+ residents safe.

Dogland Shelter in Costa Rica needs sponsors. With 170 residents in this unique shelter, they need the support of Dog Lovers around the world, and need it now. For as little as $5 a month you can sponsor a dog. If you can, please help.

The Do It Foundation is a Costa Rica charity that provides free wheelchairs to less fortunate Costa Ricans. They are a part of the free wheelchair movement.

On January 8th 2009, the region centered on Poas Volcano in Central Costa Rica suffered a large earthquake. Heavy damage resulted from the initial shocks and the resulting landslides. In response, we have donated 100 meals tot the relief effort.
