Emmy-nominated director, Becky Smith and Actor Nicholas Downs will attend the 2010 Iowa Motion Picture Awards in Des Moines, Iowa on May 1st for the feature comedy, "16 to Life", shot in Iowa. The film is nominated for four awards.
