Nearly 300 leaders in the civic, real estate and business communities celebrated the unveiling of the 15-story North Tower at 396 Alhambra at the signature fourth-floor outdoor terrace of Coral Gables' largest new "class A" luxury development.

396 Alhambra Circle, Coral Gables' new Class-A dual office towers, signs Ecuador’s Banco Pichincha and Gables Estates Tax & Advisory Services for total of 10,030 SF, joining growing roster of international tenants, including HBO Latin America.

HBO Latin America Group has signed as the largest tenant to date at 396 Alhambra Circle, taking a quarter of the new 273,000-square-foot, Class-A office and retail project in downtown Coral Gables - the city's largest lease in the last year.

Richman Greer, a 50-year-old litigation and business law firm, is moving from downtown Miami to 396 Alhambra, Coral Gables' new Class-A, LEED-precertified landmark office and retail center. The firm will occupy a full floor of the new North Tower.
