The 2012 Ayrsley Toys for Tots Drive Kicks off today; organizers hope to surpass last year's total

The second annual drive held by the mixed use community in Southwest Charlotte resulted in 1,168 Toys being donated this year. Despite the difficult economic times, over 2,000 toys have been donated in the last two years.

The Town of Ayrsley to hold its first ever Winter Weekend Wonderland Event, which will culminate in the lighting of the community Christmas Tree by Charlotte Mayor Anthony Foxx and his wife Samara.
