A. Barry Cappello and Leila J. Noël, partners in the Santa Barbara law firm of Cappello & Noël LLP, have been named as two of the top attorneys in Southern California for 2013 by Super Lawyers Southern California magazine.

Cappello & Noël, LLP made a five-year financial commitment to support the Santa Barbara County Legal Aid Foundation. The Santa Barbara-based law firm announced it would donate $10,000 a year for five years to the non-profit organization.
