New Hair Dye Directive 2012/21/EU: Restricted Use of 24 Substances in Hair Dyes

In an effort to ensure that hair dyes contain only substances with an established safety profile, the European Commission has adopted a Directive (2012/21/EU) that restricts the use of an additional 24 substances for use in hair dyes.
