Colliers International and CresaPartners Represent Accounting Firm in a 7,457-Square-Foot Transaction

CresaPartners is pleased to have represented WEAP with the successful relocation and expansion of WEAP's headquarters into 27,000 sq. ft. on Madison's West Side that will provide expansion space for WEAP’s future additional program initiatives.

MADISON, WISCONSIN –– CresaPartners is pleased to have represented The Wisconsin Primary Health Care Association (WPHCA) with their expansion and relocation to 5202 Eastpark Blvd. in Madison’s American Center east side office campus.

Navitus Health Solutions will move from a 15,000 square foot facility at 999 Fourier Drive into a 29,000 square foot, corporate headquarters at the Arbor Gate Office Project located at 2601 West Beltline Highway during the third quarter of 2010.
