Thousands of Pet lovers from all over New England will be participating on Sunday June 5th 2011 for the 4th Annual Whisker Walk – the LARGEST and ONLY Multi-Organizational Benefit (and Dog Walk) in New England!

Greyhounds are a more familiar sight sprinting round the race track, but on Sunday 20 June 2010 at 10am, greyhounds around Britain will be gathering together for a much more sedate event - the first Great British Greyhound Walk.

Now in its 11th year, Hounds on the Sound will feature dogs and puppies from Save-A-Pet ready to be adopted.

The 100-acre facility has just introduced a state-of-the-art dog wash that shampoos and conditions your pet while treating them for fleas. The 8-minute process, which utilizes warm water and a warm blow dry, is just $8.

On June 7, Save-A-Pet Animal Rescue and Adoption Center held its 10th annual “Hounds On The Sound” 3K Dog Walk and Adoption Event at the picturesque Port Jefferson Harbor Memorial Park

The Falls River Town Center will host the annual Spring Fling: The Dog Days of Spring from 10:00am to 3:00pm featuring a giant bounce house, slides and basketball hoops, arts and crafts, music, and pet-friendly events!
