The Flagler County Chamber of Commerce & Affiliates is seeking nominations for its 2012 Member Awards. These awards as given out at the organization’s annual Installation Celebration. The 2013 event will be held Jan. 25 at the Hammock Beach Resort.

The Flagler County Chamber of Commerce will honor its 20th Leadership Flagler class during a lunch on June 22. The event will be at the Hilton Garden Inn Palm Coast. Eddie Creamer, chief executive officer of Prosperity Bank will be guest speaker.

Thanks to presenting sponsor Politis & Matovina, the potato will have its day in the sun at the Fourth Annual Potato Festival on Saturday, May 19. The festivities will take place in and outside around Bunnell City Hall from 9 AM to 4 PM.

In less than a week, you can sample “what’s cooking” in some of Flagler County’s favorite kitchens at the 19th Annual Taste of Flagler. This annual tradition is set for Mon. April 30 at 5:30PM in Town Center’s Central Park, a new location.

Signups are underway for the 4th Annual Potato Pageant, a signature event of Bunnell’s Potato Festival. The pageant is set for Saturday, May 19 at 10AM at old Bunnell City Hall. The annual festival celebrates Bunnell’s agricultural roots.
