The owners of Kary Movers donated the use of 2 trucks all week to the Surrey Food Bank. Two employees volunteer per truck each day in order to collect food donations throughout the city. The owners also cover the cost of fuel to cover the routes.

National Honor Society Students hold a food drive, donationg nearly 9000 pounds of canned and dry foods for the local Hopelink food bank.

The food banks 375 volunteers collected food & financial donations at grocery stores across Mississauga during the Thanksgiving weekend. In total, the organization collected more than 85,000 lbs. of food (5% more than last year) and raised $65,634.
