Cosmetology students at Olympian University in Roswell proved you can “have your cake and win it two, three times and more” when the school brought home the 2nd and 3rd place awards at a recent Educational Forum in Fort Worth, Texas.

Michael Ladd, a student at International Academy of Hair Design in Metro Center proved he is one talented lad when he captured first place for his bridal updo entry at a regional competition in Texas.

For the third year in a row a cosmetology student from Olympian University, 1011 E 10th Street in Alamogordo has captured 1st place in the Fantasy Hair competition at the Educational Forum’s Student Hair Competition in Fort Worth, Texas.

Salons from the east coast emerge on the Nation's Capitol to compete for cash and prizes worth over $5000. A portion of the proceeds will benefit persons interested in attending local hair academies. Sponsorship and Competition slots still available.
