Cerritos Infiniti confirms, Infiniti has reported U.S. sales of 7,844 vehicles for the month of April, an increase of 10.0 percent versus 7,129 units a year earlier.

Cerritos Infiniti confirms, Infiniti has reported U.S. sales of 11,103 units in March, up 9.0 percent from 10,185 units a year earlier. For the year, Infiniti has sold 27,376 vehicles, up 4.4 percent versus 2012.
