Project RISE is proud to announce that it's Founder and Executive Director Rob Dixon has been named by People Magazine and Major League Baseball a National Finalist for the 2009 All Star Among Us Award.

Dominic Coryell, a Northeastern University graduate, serves as the CEO of Boston-based Husky Express has won this year’s Global Student Entrepreneur Awards competition – the “Heisman Trophy” for top undergraduate student business owners.

Multi-Platinum International recording artist Jeff Timmons, known as the founding member of the group 98 Degrees, has joined the Boston nonprofit Project RISE. Timmons will join the organization’s Board of Directors.

Boston will be visited this weekend by Republic of Albania President Dr. Bamir Topi. His Excellency will be taking part in a public lunch event at 2PM this Sunday at Boston’s Vlora Restaurant located at 545 Boylston Street.
