A Manhattan Judge dismissed the criminal charge against Joseph Bassolino (aka Joey Boots) which alleged he blocked the "free flow of pedestrian traffic" in Penn Station. Mr. Bassolino was represented by Vincent Imbesi of Imbesi Christensen.
