The Eastern North Carolina Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society has announced the committee members for its 2008 Dinner of Champions. The annual event will be held at the Prestonwood Country Club on September 4.

Chris Viehbacher, president of North American Pharmaceuticals for GlaxoSmithKline, will chair the annual Dinner of Champions presented by the Eastern North Carolina Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.

Former North Carolina Governor James B. Hunt, Jr. will be the keynote speaker at the Eastern North Carolina Chapter of the National MS Society’s annual Dinner of Champions.

The Eastern North Carolina Chapter of Multiple Sclerosis offers tips to organize teams during the May 3 event. Each team will consists of a captain and three or more group members.

Benefiting the National MS Society, the Don’t Stop the Movement Runway Show on February 22 from 7:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. at Generations Salon Brierdale Shopping Center in Raleigh.

The annual Thanksgiving Day Turkey Trot will be held Thursday, November 22 at the Ridgewood Shopping Center and proceeds will benefit the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
