24th Annual National Eating Disorders Awareness Week, Feb. 20-26

Today the National Eating Disorders Association [NEDA] released findings from a recently completed survey. The national survey shows an increased public awareness of eating disorders and a breakthrough in how eating disorders are viewed.

Irrespective of the fact that Albert Einstein had a bicycle or not, the quote that has been widely circulating all over about the path breaking theory of relativity is “I thought of that while riding my bike."

These words uttered out louldly while the world intensively watched over Neda's beautiful soul as she escaped into a place of peace but left her image engraved on mankind to ponder its future.

The sculptor will unveil and donate this second portrait bust of Neda in bronze, at the Celebrating Iranian Women Conference in Washington, D.C. in mid-November. Many important personalities and dignitaries have been invited to this conference.

A finely detailed portrait bust of Neda will be presented at a massive rally in front of San Francisco City Hall on July 25th. San Francisco City Supervisor Ross Mirkarimi and Mayor Gavin Newsom will host the event--20,000 expected to attend.
