After receiving outplacement assistance from OI Partners, more than six times as many displaced employees reported having excellent or very good job search skills than before they entered the programs.

"Contract, freelance and temporary work are one of the few areas of the job market that have been consistently doing well – throughout the increase in hiring earlier this year and the summer slowdown," said Patty Prosser, chair of OI Partners.
