The VHDA announced that $2.5 million in funds will be allocated to the Old Dominion University Community Development Corporation (ODU CDC) for first-time low-income homebuyers through the Community Homeownership Revitalization program.

Revitalization of a badly neglected and dilapidated area in one of the oldest and most vital boroughs of suburban Philadelphia, Norristown, home of the County Courthouse and other vital local, regional and state offices is taking place.
