As Congress ponders beneficial tax ease for qualified pet owners, the number of supporters has hit the millions -- thanks to actors Leo Grillo, Robert Davi and Representative Thaddeus McCotter (R-MI).

Actor/Animal Rescuer Leo Grillo says in order to take down illegal dogfighting rings in America, the government's bite needs to be bigger than its bark. Grillo is founder of D.E.L.T.A. Rescue, the largest animal sanctuary of its type in the world.
