Cappello & Noël, LLP made a five-year financial commitment to support the Santa Barbara County Legal Aid Foundation. The Santa Barbara-based law firm announced it would donate $10,000 a year for five years to the non-profit organization.

The 58,854 SF Class A office building is 93 percent leased. Other notable tenants include Spectra Fluidics, UC Education Abroad Program and the administrative offices of Montecito Bank and Trust.
