Because...there's no place like the "SuperDome" in New Orleans!

"Diary From the Dome" author Harris has pledged 1/2 of any of his profits to charities helping to rebuild the NOLA area. Proceeds are from any new purchases of "Diary From the Dome" between now and Dec. 31, 2009.

Paul Harris has pledge that 25% of his book profits from "Diary of the Dome, Reflections on Fear and Privilege During Katrina" will go to charities in the New Orleans area. He challenges Obama to redirect 25% of Iraq spending to our own Gulf area.

Paul Harris was a San Diego tourist who was unable to get out of New Orleans after the evacuation was issued. His memoir is a first person account of the horrific conditions he encountered in and around the Superdome.
