Elk River, MN, August 30, 2012– Boys & Girls Club of Elk River has been selected to serve as one of 24 Boys & Girls Club organizations chosen this year to implement UPS Road Code, a national program to teach safe driving techniques to teens.

The Allstate Foundation presented a $16,000 grant to Students Against Violence Everywhere (SAVE) to assist SAVE chapters in Mississippi in their efforts to increase youth safety and promote teen safe driving.

The Allstate Foundation presented a $44,400 grant to Students Against Violence Everywhere (SAVE) to assist SAVE chapters in CO, IA, KS, MO, MT, NE, ND, SD, and WY to increase youth safety and promote teen safe driving.

Today, Wednesday, Oct. 20, SAVE members across the nation will recognize National SAVE Day, a national awareness day to voice positive choices and ways to prevent youth violence and increase youth safety.

Allstate agency owners Ray Gramazio and Chris Manfredi were recently named Agent Heroes by Allstate Insurance Company’s New York Region, and awarded two $500 grants for the Greenport and Mattituck-Cutchogue high schools.

DCH Auto Group dealerships in Oxnard, CA will host a teen safe driving event on Saturday, May 22 as part of National Youth Traffic Safety Month featuring safe driving demos, activities, food, music, and will end with “Ferris Bueller’s Day Off.”
