The Belt Team, of Keller Williams Realty’s McLean office, was named the #15 team in the nation by KW, a significant achievement in light of the fact that this week, KW announced it is the largest real estate franchise co by agent count in the U.S.

The Belt Team is proud to announce that in 2012 they sold more Vienna homes than any other Realtor or team. In addition, Belt Team listings sold faster and for a higher percentage of list price than the average Realtor.

Top Producing Realtor in his own right, Tom Reilly joins The Belt Team (with Keller Williams Realty McLean) as Senior Buyer Specialist.

Year-end statistics are out and in 2012, out of almost 10,000 Realtors in Northern VA, only 8 Realtors/Teams hit double digits for the number of “million dollar homes” sold. The Belt Team, with Keller Williams Realty McLean, was one of them.

Recently, Belt Team Chief Operating Officer, Christy Belt Grossman, spoke to 12,000+ Realtors at KW Mega Camp about "Social Media in Real Estate" and was interviewed on stage by the Chairman of the Board of Keller Williams Realty, Gary Keller.
