The discussion will examine how ABA standards have fared over the years. Specifically, the focus will be whether or not these standards warrant updating, and, if so, should the structure remain the same or be modified?

Farrell, who will be honored with 24 other local attorneys, concentrates his practice on multi-party, complex litigation, including litigation in the areas of environmental torts, product liability, toxic torts and emerging claims.

Geoffrey M. Brown recognized among 20 attorneys recognized by Michigan Lawyers Weekly for its “Up & Coming Lawyers” honors.

Michael J. Sullivan recognized for work in the area of professional malpractice

The Southfield-based law firm was listed for this honor as a Tier 1 firm in the Detroit metropolitan rankings in professional malpractice law – defendants; and as a Tier 2 firm in product liability litigation – defendants.

Graves, who has represented both attorneys and healthcare professionals, focuses her practice on the defense of professional liability claims. She also is involved in the defense of general liability matters.

Zevalking joins the firm’s appellate department as an associate.
