New mentor guides help foster parents and other mentors work through Vstreet life skills classes with teens preparing to transition out of care.

This new class teaches the skills, attitudes and communication techniques that help youth understand and make good decisions.

Lessons on budgeting, banking, credit and loans, credit counseling and smart spending are supplemented by lessons on understanding and healing unhealthy money attitudes and feelings.
