Community groups in Swansea are busy preparing for the 2012 Christmas Parade and Lights Switch On

Waterfront Winterland in Swansea has reached a milestone with over half a million visitors since the Christmas attraction opened in 2006.

Close to 16,000 people have already been ice skating at Waterfront Winterland so far this year- that's nearly enough to fill Swansea's Liberty Stadium.

The Christmas spirit is truly alive at Swansea’s Waterfront Winterland this year and thousands of people have already been down to the attraction to enjoy the festivities.

The Christmas Market is returning to Swansea city centre from November 28 to December 14 2008.

SOME of the hottest tickets in town are now available for Swansea's coldest Christmas attraction. The ice-rink is returning to the grounds of the National Waterfront Museum from November 22 to January 4.
