Due to only having three Villa homes remaining for sale, The Residences on Watermere Drive has announced plans to build eight, new one-story Villas in the East Village neighborhood ranging from 2,100 to almost 2,700 square feet.

Watermere at Southlake has announced that a Phase III South Village expansion within the master-planned development, which received City Council approval last fall, will break ground in January.
