New projects include SCA Test Lab report, being created by the Forum’s The SCA Test and Certification Work Group, and a State of the Art of Waveform Application Portability report, being create by the Forum’s SCA Implementers Work Group

Recommendation, led by the Forum’s Public Safety Special Interest Group, created from previous balloted and approved reports and recommendations developed by the Forum members.

The premier event for software defined radio, cognitive radio and dynamic spectrum access, SDR-WInnComm will be held 8-11 January 2013 in Washington, D.C. and feature keynotes by industry leaders, workshops, tutorials, and technical presentations.

Event will be held 11-13 June 2013 in Aachen, Germany; Technical Program Committee committed to driving the excellence of the program also announced

Wireless Innovation Forum Board of Directors has modified the membership policy to grant Honorary Lifetime Memberships to past Forum award winners.
