Members of the public from throughout the central coast had the opportunity to select farms and ag organizations to visit from a list of 17 locations.

Riverbench Vineyards & Winery, Allan Hancock College Winery and wineries represented by Coastal Vineyard Care will hold free wine tastings.

A volunteer meeting will be held Wednesday, September 13 from 12:30 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Pioneer Valley High School in Santa Maria.

The day includes behind-the-scenes tours, tractor/trailer rides, tastings, giveaways and kid-friendly activities.

On Farm Day, over 10 Santa Barbara County farms, ranches and agricultural organizations open their doors to the public.
