Present Value Properties has represented Menchie's in six lease transactions in California. Present Value Properties represented the self-serve frozen yogurt franchisee.

Coreland Companies announced it has brokered 5 transactions in Orange and Riverside counties for a total consideration of more than $6 million.

Coreland has enhanced its Brokerage division by adding industry veteran Kim Talley to its Retail Brokerage division. Talley was formerly a Senior Associate with CB Richard Ells and joins Coreland as Senior Associate, Retail Brokerage.

With nearly 25 years of experience in commercial real estate and corporate sales and marketing, Britt Nelson has joined Present Value Properties as Vice President.

Coreland Companies negotiated three quick serve restaurant leases in Southern California, totaling 7,300 sq. ft. with a total value of more than $2.5 million. The leases were with Burger King, Five Guys Burgers & Fries and Waba Grill.

The brokerage division of Coreland Companies has negotiated four retail lease transactions in Southern California during the third quarter of 2010, totaling more than 50,000 sq. ft., with a total value of nearly $4 million.

Edward B. Hanley and Eric P. Wohl of Hanley Investment Group represented the seller in the sale of Walnut Newport Center, a 9,597 sf multi-tenant retail strip center in Tustin, CA, for $3,000,000, representing $312 psf.

Coreland’s Principal Patrick Galentine has been appointed State Court Receiver in matters involving four assets located in Southern California totaling 1,231,000 sq. ft. of retail, office and industrial space.

Coreland has recently been awarded over one million square feet in property management contracts. Nearly half of the new assignments are on behalf of state court-appointed receivers.
