The U.S. Soccer Foundation, the Major Charitable Arm of Soccer in the United States announced on February 3, 2012 that it awarded sixty grants totaling $2.4 million to non-profit organizations serving at-risk youth in twenty states.

The Electronic Signature and Records Association (ESRA), has announced its 2012 Board of Directors.
