We are proud to announce a new aspect of the 60-hour Michigan contractor prelicense course that is geared toward spouses and sales staff, as well as builders and contractors. The new feature covers all of the business aspects in a 30-hour program.

The Builders License Training Institute would like to announce an alliance formed with contractorsyoucantrust.com (CYCT) . CYCTis a web-based company that assists homeowners in finding reputable contractors with which a homeowner would contract.

The State of Michigan has not yet put into law the regulations surrounding continuing competency for the residential builders license. Until they do, no providers will be approved to provide CE courses.

The Builders License Training Institute is offering a complete 60-hour program throughout the State of Michigan, including three Upper Peninsula locations. $750 includes all books. Surveys show that students love the instructors
