“Every May since 1974, Arlee MT's 8th grade biology class has camped for 5 days in Yellowstone to experience the Park’s rich offerings of landscape, geology and wildlife.” explains the inscription on “Sunrise to Sunset in Yellowstone."

The proposed schedule of events include: Geologic Guest Speakers, Survivor Talks and Guided Walks. Open House for 1959 Hebgen Lake earthquake Survivors, rescue workers and families, Smokejumper Program and tales, and Memorial Service.

Don't miss the final summer of the Painted Buffalo Herd in West Yellowstone. 36 painted buffalo cows and calves will be on display until they are auctioned off on August 29th, 2009. Corralling begins May 21st followed by a summer of events.
